We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team on-site at our DHA Phase 2 H-Block project in Lahore.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of U.S. commercial or industrial electrical estimating experience, particularly in load-center and switchgear takeoffs for both medium- and low-voltage gear.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of panelboards, circuit breakers, busways, and other electrical distribution components, along with strong proficiency in PlanSwift (or similar digital takeoff tools) and a solid grasp of NEC codes and U.S. project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and vendor data sheets
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for switchgear, load centers, panels, breakers, and related equipment
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to validate scope and pricing
• Maintain and update estimating databases with accurate, current unit costs and manufacturer pricing
• Prepare and submit clear, well-organised bid proposals and estimate documentation
• Support value-engineering efforts to optimise project cost and performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of U.S. commercial/industrial electrical estimating experience
• Expertise in estimating load centers, switchgear, panelboards, breakers, and busways
• Advanced user of PlanSwift or similar takeoff software
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Familiarity with U.S.-based electrical specifications and documentation standards
• Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills
