Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of cashiering or branch financial operations experience.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and computerized financial systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily cash receipts, collections, and disbursements at the branch.
• Handle COD collections and related cash transactions accurately.
• Receive, verify, and record cash deposited by riders and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash inflows and outflows in the system.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and keep balances aligned with records.
• Prepare daily cash closing reports and submit to Branch Manager/Finance.
• Ensure timely deposits of collected cash into company bank accounts.
• Verify transaction details and supporting documentation before payments.
• Identify and report cash discrepancies or suspicious transactions promptly.
• Maintain documentation of cash transactions and receipts.
