Graphix Labels & Packaging in Sialkot seeks a hands-on Accountant to manage daily bookkeeping, ledgers, invoices, and payments, ensuring accurate financial records for our garment branding and packaging operations.

You will support month-end close, reconcile bank statements, assist with tax documentation, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to maintain precise reporting and confidentiality.

Formación

• Knowledge of bookkeeping, ledgers, and core accounting principles.
• Experience preparing invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
• Ability to complete reconciliations for banks, customers, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and accounting software/ERP.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Clear communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Organize financial documentation and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, receipts, and expense docs.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier balances.
• Support accounts payable/receivable, cash-flow tracking, and timely payments.
• Assist with month-end closing, financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Maintain documentation for tax filings, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations to verify records.
• Help improve accounting controls and confidentiality of records.
