Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) seeks an Oil Accountant for its Muzaffargarh refinery. The role involves handling crude oil and products accounting, SAP-based inventories, and monthly reporting to support accurate cost and production analysis.

You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment requiring strong MS Office skills, technical reporting, and coordination across operations and finance functions.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Chemical/Petroleum Technology from a recognized institute.
• Knowledge of refinery operations, crude oil and products; crude storage accounting methods.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ERP oil accounting software experience.
• Technical report writing skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily production and sales reports and weekly summaries for OUL evaluation based on tank levels.
• Prepare accounting reports for crude oil receiving from pipelines and refinery inventory stocks using ASTM Tables.
• Maintain tank data entry for temperature, density and levels for closing inventories in SAP.
• Prepare monthly production report on SAP modules MM, IS-Oil, PP.
• Prepare material balance of products and report in corrected volume (Production/Shipment at 15 °C).
• Prepare company-wise sales data for refinery monthly report.
• Account for refinery own uses (fuel gas & RFO) daily.
• Calculate refinery product inventory stocks (sulphur, bitumen) monthly/quarterly.
• Compile daily shipment summaries and MTons for monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

PARCOis seeking applications for the position of Oil Accountant.

• Diploma of Associate Engineering in Chemical / Petroleum Technology from a recognized institute.
• Knowledge of Refinery Operations, Crude Oil and Products.Thorough understanding of Crude Oil Storage accounting methods, Intermediate and Products handling, Accounting Tools e.g. SAP Accounting modules.
• IS-Oil, PP, SILO Tanks managements, etc. will be preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel) and ERP based oil accounting software.
• Must have technical report writing skills with ability to work in dynamic environment.
• Should be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Crude evaluation and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing daily Production and Sales report and prepare weekly productions & sales summary reports for OUL evaluation based on Tanks level.
• Prepare accounting reports for Crude Oil receiving from Pipeline and Refinery inventory stocks using ASTM Tables.
• Maintain tank data entry of temperature, density and levels for closing inventories calculation of all tanks in SAP book stocks and inventory reports on daily basis.
• Prepare monthly Production Report (Crude oil processing, Productions and Intermediate inventory) on SAP modules e.g. MM, IS-Oil, PP.
• Prepare material balance of Products and report in corrected Volume. (Production/Shipment at 15 °C).
• Prepare Company wise sales data for Refinery monthly report.
• Responsible for calculation and accounting of Refinery own uses (Refinery fuel gas & RFO on daily basis).
• Calculate inventory stocks of Refinery products i.e. Sulphur & Bitumen (drums) on monthly and quarterly basis
• Compile daily shipment summaries and calculation in MTons for monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
