Job description

We are seeking a proactive Officer Talent Acquisition specialized in technical and non-technical Talent Acquisition to source and secure top-tier technical talent for our technical and support functions. You will leverage the organization’s competency matrix to drive full-cycle recruitment, ensuring alignment with business goals and culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, competency requirements, and hiring roadmaps.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies through different sourcing platforms.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through talent mapping, passive outreach, and campus engagement.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g.workable) for end-to-end recruitment workflow.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics to track metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Drive diversity & inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
  • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring.
  • Ensure an engaging onboarding and integration of new hires into organization's Culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in technical recruitment.
  • Hands-on expertise with major ATS platforms and HRIS integrations.
  • Strong command of utilizing hiring platforms, candidate sourcing tools, and social recruiting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt sourcing strategies.
