Driver Job Description
- Arrive at destinations on schedule.
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
- Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
- Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.
- Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.
- Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage.
- Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest.
- Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
- Practice safe driving habits.
- Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards.
- Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
- Open vehicle doors and assist passengers.
- Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety.
- Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed.
- Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter.
- Load and unload vehicle.
- Collect payments, document amount, and offer receipts when necessary
- Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, or cargo and passenger reports.
- Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion.
- Carrying out a routine inspection of the vehicle.
- Identifying mechanical issues that may impede the smooth working of the vehicle.
- Perform minor repair and maintenance if necessary.
- Keeping a record of maintenance, repair, location traveled, time is taken and working hours.

Job Experience Required:
Proven 3-5 years experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate setting.
Must have a Valid Driving Licensepreferably LTV.
Knowledge of Car Maintenance and should have the ability to handle basic Vehicle Maintenance Tasks.
Familiarity with Twin City's roads and Locations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees and materials to various locations as assigned
- Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle
- Replace oil, fill gasoline tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety. Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed
- Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and timely journeys.
- Assist with office-related tasks.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption.
- Coordinate with the admin team for scheduling and logistics.
- Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
- Load &unload Cargo / Baggage and keep exterior of vehicle clean and presentable.
- Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter.
- Collect payments, Delivery Challans etc., document amount, and offer receipts when necessary.
