Job summary

hr-pod-hiring-talent-globally is seeking a senior operations leader with deep experience in the limo and ground transportation sector to oversee dispatch, affiliate networks, and cross-functional teams in Lahore, Pakistan.

The role requires proven ability to scale operations, set strategic direction, and manage budgeting and P&L while delivering reliable service and strong margins. You will drive process improvements across marketing, SEO, and development functions as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a management or operations leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all departments, including dispatch/operations, sales, marketing, SEO, and development.
• Own day-to-day operations end to end, including bookings, dispatch, affiliate/farm-out, and service delivery.
• Set targets and KPIs for each team and ensure accountability for results.
• Oversee the affiliate/partner network and rate strategy, with a focus on margin per booking.
• Manage escalations, service failures, and quality control.
• Track revenue, costs, and profitability, and report performance to ownership.
• Hire, train, and manage staff across departments.
• Improve processes, systems, and workflows as the business scales.
• Ensure smooth coordination and handoff between sales, dispatch, drivers, and affiliates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a management or operations leadership role.
• Direct experience in the limo, chauffeur, or ground transportation industry.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and achieve operational targets.
• Strong understanding of dispatch operations and affiliate/farm-out models.
• Ability to manage specialists across marketing, SEO, and development by setting direction, evaluating output, and ensuring accountability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with dispatch/booking software and CRMs.
• Experience with Limo Anywhere, GNet, SantaCruz, Moovs, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience scaling a transportation or brokerage operation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and web development workflows to effectively oversee these functions.
• Experience with P&L and budget ownership.
