Job summary

Neurolux International is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an on-site role in Rawalpindi. The candidate should hold a BS OT and ideally an MS OT/MOT, with at least 2 years of paediatric clinical experience.

The successful applicant will work in a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide sensory, motor, ADL, and functional-skill interventions while ensuring ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (BS OT) is mandatory.
• Master's degree (MS OT / MOT) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical paediatric OT experience.
• Experience with autistic children and ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, developmental delays, and learning disabilities is preferred.
• Good clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
• Provide sensory-integration, fine-motor, gross-motor, ADL, and functional-skill interventions.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, special educators, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and parent-counselling sessions.
• Keep clinical practice ethical and evidence-based.
