Role Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide client-centered assessment and intervention to support meaningful participation in daily activities across home, school, work, and community settings. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy sessions, and documenting clinical progress in accordance with professional and organizational standards. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, engaging families and caregivers in therapy planning, and designing context-specific interventions that promote functional independence and inclusion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring active participation in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master Of Occupational Therapy
• Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and evidence-based practice.
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation and functional restoration across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Understanding of Medicine and related health sciences to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including developmental screening and family-centered intervention.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; relevant licensure/registration as required.
• Ability to design occupation-centered, context-based therapy plans that support inclusion and participation.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, professional accountability, and continuous learning.
