Job summary

GSK is seeking a Financial Analyst – MDM to support the Order to Cash function by ensuring master data is created, maintained, and governed with accuracy and strong controls. The role partners with FBPs, C&C, and commercial teams to deliver robust master data solutions.

The position emphasizes data integrity, process improvements, and compliance within SOX/ICFW, with opportunities to drive automation and reporting enhancements across the O2C domain.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or related O2C/MDM role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP/FSCM or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail and deadline oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and process master data requests in SAP/FSCM within defined SLAs and quality targets.
• Coordinate with FBPs and C&C teams to ensure accurate material listings and master data for products.
• Manage and monitor GMM/material master workflows to support O2C execution.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to translate business needs into master data solutions.
• Support automation and standardization initiatives in O2C MDM (workflows, reporting, data validation).
• Ensure documentation and adherence to internal controls (SOX/ICFW) for audits and data queries.
• Assist O2C team with ad hoc queries and tasks as required.
