Commco Holdings Private Limited is seeking a Territory Manager for Nutraceutical Sales to build and expand the pharmacy distribution network across Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, and Rawalpindi. You will engage chemists, pharmacists, and pharmacy owners to drive sales and visibility.

The role requires hands-on nutraceutical sales experience, a strong network in the pharmacy sector, and willingness to travel within the territory to achieve targets while maintaining relationships and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of nutraceutical/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven ability to establish and grow a pharmacy network.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and expand the pharmacy network across Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar and Rawalpindi.
• Maintain a prospect database and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the pharmacy channel.
• Introduce new Nutraceuticals and secure shelf space and visibility.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with pharmacy owners.
• Travel within the territory to maximize coverage and engagement.
• Maintain records and provide sales reports and pipeline health updates.
