Qualifications

• Masters in nursing with clinical expertise and basic nursing qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical community experience including teaching.
• Published at least one indexed journal paper in last 2 years.

Responsabilités

• Designing a comprehensive course grid outlining curriculum structure, teaching-learning, and assessment strategy with class schedule.
• Integrating concepts related to quantitative reasoning with patient care applications in nursing practice.
• Developing and delivering lectures covering fundamental mathematical concepts relevant to nursing practice.
• Innovating teaching methods and using scenarios to enhance understanding of drug dosage calculations.
• Monitoring student progress through formative quizzes and mock tests with timely feedback.
