Applicants should hold a BScN (or MScN) with a valid PNMC license, with at least six years of relevant experience including 2–3 years in clinical teaching at a tertiary care hospital.

• Registered nursing qualification with valid licensure in Pakistan.

• Ability to design and deliver in-service training and specialty courses.

Aufgaben

• Act as expert clinical staff to guide nursing care and optimize processes.
• Report to Senior Nurse Manager, Paediatrics and collaborate on staff development.
• Lead educational opportunities for healthcare providers and institute training.
• Participate in orientation and specialty-based courses with department teams.
• Conduct clinical reviews, establish competency development, and evaluate staff.
• Monitor credentials, care standards, and clinical outcomes across units.
• Review care processes and update clinical guidelines as needed.
