Requirements

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) — required
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and lab sessions covering nursing theory and clinical practice
• Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations and hospital placements
• Design and update course materials, assessments, and lesson plans in line with curriculum standards
• Evaluate student performance through exams, practical assessments, and clinical evaluations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and educational standards
• Foster a supportive, professional learning environment that encourages critical thinking and hands‑on skill development
• Collaborate with other faculty members and administration on curriculum planning and student progress

Preferred Skills
