• Should be able to make different types of nihari (chicken, mutton, magaz nihari etc, preferably chicken nihari).

• Should be a resident of Lahore.

• Should be comfortable with the timings (7am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday).

• Minimum education should be matric.

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.

• Culinary skills

• Time management skills

• Kitchen skills

• Cooking skills

• Hard worker
