PRIME BPO in Rawalpindi is seeking a detail oriented Sales Verification Consultant (Med Alert Closer) for a full-time on-site night shift. Ideal candidates have BPO experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to verify sales with accuracy and professional documentation.

You will confirm client information, maintain records, meet verification targets, and collaborate with sales and QA teams. The role offers uncapped bonuses, meals on site, training allowances, and paid leaves.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and device/service details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams.
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed.
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets.
