Job summary

Textile City Inc in Lahore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Female) to manage daily accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial records. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and preferably experience in the textile/manufacturing/export industry.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficient in MS Excel, and with experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and English communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle AP and AR.
• Prepare customer invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up for payments.
• Verify supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing.
• Maintain petty cash and prepare petty cash reports.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare aging reports for receivables and payables.
• Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics departments.
• Assist in payroll and employee-related accounting matters.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by management.
