Job summary

TekSoft Solutions LLC in Karachi is seeking a Back-End Support Doctor (Clinical Operations) for the night shift. You will review patient data across multiple EHRs and draft concise clinical notes, escalating priority issues to the on‑call US doctor in real time via Google Chat. This is an onsite role located in Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal, Block 13D.

You will maintain HIPAA/PHI confidentiality, ensure accuracy and turnaround, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve data gaps while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• MBBS is mandatory.
• Willing to work night shifts aligned to US hours.
• Strong medical terminology, clinical reasoning, and vitals/labs interpretation.
• Excellent English writing and speaking for clear summaries.
• Experience with EHR systems and Google Workspace; fast typing.

Responsibilities

• Perform chart review and data abstraction across EHRs.
• Draft concise clinical notes aligned to physician directives.
• Escalate priority issues to on‑call US doctor in real time via Google Chat.
• Maintain time-stamped logs of actions and communications.
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI confidentiality and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data gaps.
