Job summary
Nextbridge is seeking a Network & Systems Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot the organization’s network and IT infrastructure. You will configure LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls, monitor performance and security, and provide internal technical support.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in network/system administration, strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN knowledge, and hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- 1–3 years in network/system administration.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN and security.
- Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or similar is a plus.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor performance, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues.
- Install and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Perform backups, updates, and maintenance.
- Maintain network diagrams and technical records.
- Provide technical support to internal users.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
