Network & System Specialist (Entry Level)

Reports To: NOC Manager

Timings: Rotational Shifting (Morning, Evening and Night)

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Summary: This is an entry-level position in the TAC department. You will be working as part of a worldwide professional support team and your basic duty would be to resolve customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions as per the set SLAs.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up, test, administer and troubleshoot network issues.
  2. Work with all major networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others.
  3. Monitor and keep track of all services and monitoring tools e.g., Zabbix, Netbox, and others.
  4. Create and update network documentation/diagrams for network implementations.
  5. Setup, deploy and troubleshoot VOIP phones and related services.
  6. Manage, administer, test, and troubleshoot CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances systems.
  7. Work with virtualization technologies i.e., VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
  8. Set up and administer Active Directories and server roles.
  9. Setup and maintain Google Workspace, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, print servers, and SQL.
  10. Keep client software and servers up to date.
