Job description

It is a rotational shift based position, employee will be assigned any of the following shifts: Morning, Evening, Night

Responsibilities

• Follow-up for main runners, 3rd connections, Trucks and line haul container for timely departures from origin and via stations.
• Follow-up on stoppage time at via stations, inquire variation and record for reporting.
• Follow-up on timings of vans carrying material for aircraft movement.
• Incident reporting to line manager while vehicle is in transit.
• Prepare record of every (line haul) movement of vehicle for reporting.
• Day to day correspondence via e-mails, WhatsApp and phone calls with drivers, stations and vendors.
• Generation of trip report after completion of round trip in overland vehicles originated from Karachi and report to line manager for review.
• Prepare summary report of all trips against overland vehicles originated from Karachi.
