Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewall rules, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure across sites. You will create diagrams, document configurations, and plan expansions for new offices.

The role requires 2–4 years in network engineering with hands-on firewall administration, switching, VLANs, and UniFi access points. CCNA/CCNP or NSE certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, networking, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on network engineering experience with firewall, switching and wireless.
• Experience creating professional network diagrams (Visio/Draw.io).
• Server room management: rack setup, cabling, power, cooling.
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet/Sophos/UTM platforms and enterprise APs (UniFi).
• Solid routing/switching fundamentals (VLANs, STP, OSPF/static).
• CCNA/CCNP or Fortinet NSE certifications preferred.
• VPN configuration, network monitoring, and cabling standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and update network diagrams (LAN/WAN, IP schemes, VLANs).
• Maintain switch configs, SSIDs, firewall rules, and routing tables.
• Plan expansions for new offices/sites with cabling and device placement.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and perimeter security.
• Deploy and optimize UniFi or equivalent wireless infrastructure.
• Manage datacenter operations: rack, power, cooling, and inventory.
• Resolve network tickets within SLA; coordinate with vendors on escalations.
• Support security audits and ensure compliance for network infrastructure.
