Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure components such as firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and access points (APs).
• Monitor and manage LAN/WAN environments using network monitoring tools to ensure performance aligns with defined thresholds and Quality of Service (QoS) standards.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in routing and switching, especially with Cisco network equipment.
• Monitor and manage VoIP systems, with a particular focus on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Support and implement company-driven initiatives related to networking and cybersecurity, providing guidance to users when needed
