- Monitor and manage LAN/WAN environments using network monitoring tools to ensure performance aligns with defined thresholds and Quality of Service (QoS) standards.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in routing and switching, especially with Cisco network equipment.
- Monitor and manage VoIP systems, with a particular focus on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Support and implement company-driven initiatives related to networking and cybersecurity, providing guidance to users when needed
