Job summary

VentureDive in Lahore district seeks a Network and System Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role. You will monitor, maintain, and support the company’s network and server infrastructure, respond to tickets, apply updates and patches, manage user access, and ensure backups and recovery processes are in place.

You will assist with network configuration, security controls, and performance optimization, while documenting changes and keeping accurate system records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with system administration for Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization, and basic cloud services.
• Familiarity with IT security practices, access control, data protection, and system monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in hardware and software support, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, prioritize tasks, and document solutions clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (such as CCNA, Network+, MCSA, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
• Effective communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
