Job summary

TOV Furniture Limited in Islamabad, Pakistan is seeking a hands-on Systems Analyst with deep NetSuite expertise. You will configure NetSuite, build Saved Searches, dashboards and workflows, and work with developers on SuiteScript, integrations and APIs.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
Advanced Saved Searches and formula experience.
Strong SuiteFlow/workflow experience.
Experience with custom fields, forms, records, roles and permissions.
Strong NetSuite dashboard and reporting experience.
Sandbox testing and troubleshooting experience.
Understanding of NetSuite integrations and APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
Comfortable collaborating with developers and business users.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain custom fields, forms, records, roles/permissions, and SuiteFlow workflows.
Build advanced Saved Searches (including complex formulas), dashboards, KPIs, and role-specific reporting.
Gather business requirements and determine whether they're solved with native config vs. custom development.
Write clear specs for developers and work directly with them on SuiteScript, integrations, and APIs.
Run sandbox testing, troubleshoot issues, create test cases, and support UAT and release testing.
Manage CSV imports, mass updates, and data quality across the system.
