Job summary

Contour Software, a CSI subsidiary with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, invites a NetSuite Administrator to join its Global Centre. You will administer ERP environments, configure modules, monitor performance, and coordinate with NetSuite support to keep systems running smoothly.

You will lead user training, build reports and dashboards, manage data imports/exports, and oversee integrations with third‑party apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of NetSuite Administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and financial workflows.
• Experience configuring roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields.
• Hands-on experience with Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP environments, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, and dashboards.
• Configure and manage NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Projects.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite Support when required.
• Manage sandbox environments, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Raise tickets & coordinate with Oracle NetSuite on system related issues.
• Initial Tier 1 support with a view of performing Tier 2 support; investigate and resolve application issues.
