Job summary

Contour Software seeks a skilled NetSuite Administrator to support a global ERP environment. You will manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and dashboards across Financials, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, and Projects.

You will also handle reporting, analytics, and integrations with third-party apps, ensuring data integrity and smooth deployments. The role requires 3–5 years of NetSuite experience and strong ERP knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AIS, or related field.
3–5 years of NetSuite Administration experience.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes and financial workflows.
Experience configuring roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields.
Hands-on experience with Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards.
Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow is necessary.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP environments, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, and dashboards.
Configure NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Projects, and more.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite Support.
Manage sandbox environments, testing activities, and deployments.
Raise tickets and coordinate with Oracle NetSuite on issues.
