• Document, plan, and implement changes for Storage infrastructure.
• Work with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Build and configure Windows systems.
• Implement system upgrades via SCCM and scripting.
• Identify service-impacting trends for long-term solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems.
• Support planning of new operating system releases.
• Plan and install upgrades including local customizations.
• Assist in installing system software patches.
• Manage system configurations through change control processes.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

1. Monitor and resolve issues on NetBackup jobs.

2. Perform NetBackup Agent upgrades/deployments as needed.

3. Participate in NetApp Storage activities, such as ONTAP (Operating System) upgrades, new builds, projects, and other planned operations.

4. Provide regional knowledge on incidents related to NetApp Storage and NetBackup.

5. Document, plan, and implement changes for Storage and NetBackup infrastructure.

6. Work as part of a regional team with local, regional, and global stakeholders within the organization.

7. Build and configure Windows systems.

8. Implement system upgrades via SCCM and scripting for automation.

9. Identify service-impacting trends and collaborate with development teams for long-term solutions.

10. Conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems and issues.

11. Support planning and installation of new operating system releases to ensure software currency.

12. Plan and install upgrades and new software, including local customizations.

13. Assist in planning and installing system software patches to address identified issues.

14. Manage system and software configurations through change control processes.
