Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD) from a reputable institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant research experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SPSS, REDCap and EndNote.
• Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall research program implementation within the Nephrology Section.
• Conduct literature reviews and support scientific research activities.
• Assist in writing study protocols, grant proposals, and ERC applications.
• Collect data using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Perform data entry, cleaning, management, and statistical analysis.
• Ensure data quality control and maintain accurate study records.
• Support development and implementation of research tools.
• Assist in manuscript writing, abstracts and reports for publications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports.
• Ensure timely submission of research documentation.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator.
