Job summary

TAG Solutions (TAGS) seeks a creative Multimedia Designer & Video Editor to strengthen our digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. You will ideate, design, shoot, and execute engaging content that stops thumbs and drives engagement.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of social media design or video editing experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Canva plus an editing tool like Photoshop/CapCut/Premiere Pro. On-site role; contribute to a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media design, content creation, or video editing.
• Strong portfolio of social media designs and short-form videos.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Proficiency in Canva and at least one video/design editing tool.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual details.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with people.
• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable taking ownership of content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, reels, stories, and other content.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars.
• Design creatives and edit short-form videos using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
• Turn company events, employee activities, achievements, and culture into engaging content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
• Coordinate with employees and encourage participation in shoots.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the company when required.
• Publish content and actively engage with comments and the online community.
• Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
