Job summary

Legal Aid Society (LAS) in Pakistan's Sindh region seeks a proactive Media Associate to lead marketing and outreach across TV, radio, digital, and social channels.

You will build campaigns, create compelling Urdu, Sindhi, and English content, manage influencers and media partnerships, and deliver high-impact materials on tight deadlines. Collaborate with the Communications Team to align messaging, monitor performance, and drive awareness of LAS's helpline and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media / Mass Communication, IT, Business Administration.
• Proven experience in marketing, media management, social media, and content creation.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating with media outlets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of SLACC’s marketing and outreach campaigns to reach millions of citizens across Sindh and Pakistan.
• Develop integrated campaign strategies spanning television, radio, digital, and social media to promote SLACC’s helpline and services.
• Set outreach objectives, define target audiences, manage campaign budgets, and track performance against measurable goals.
