Brickstech is seeking an Assistant Manager for Motors Salvage & Recovery to oversee daily operations and lead the salvage team in Lahore. You will coordinate recovery, storage, and resale of salvaged assets, driving strategies to maximize salvage value while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive salvage, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive salvage and recovery processes and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in salvage and recovery.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the salvage and recovery department.
• Coordinate and manage the recovery, storage, and resale of salvaged motor assets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize salvage recovery and revenue.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Evaluate salvage bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
