Job Summary:

As a Monitoring Officer, responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, reviewing camera footage, and conducting confidential staff screenings to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established SOPs. Maintain accurate documentation, promptly identify and elevate irregularities or security concerns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training and hands-on learning, collaborate effectively with team members, communicate professionally, and proactively take on additional responsibilities. Manage workload efficiently, maintain high-quality standards, embrace ACE's culture and values, and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, confidence, and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance systems and review camera footage to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct staff screening activities accurately and confidentially, in line with established SOPs.
