Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide analyses to management regarding monetary policy formulation.
• Forecast key macroeconomic variables by executing general equilibrium models, especially DSGE models.
• Improve existing forecasting models and develop new general equilibrium models.
• Lead a team of entry-level economic analysts and develop their macroeconomic modelling skills.
• Deliver presentations on monetary policy and evidence-based research.
• Research monetary policy effectiveness in Pakistan.
