Job summary

Game District in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Art Lead – 3D Generalist to steer the visual development of our mobile games, from concept through production, ensuring a high‑quality, commercially competitive art style.

You will lead the 3D production pipeline, mentor artists, collaborate with game designers, developers, animators, UI/UX, producers and product teams, and ensure mobile‑optimized assets across multiple projects while preserving visual consistency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional 3D art experience.
• 2+ years in a Senior 3D Artist, Lead Artist, or Art Lead role.
• Gaming industry experience, preferably mobile games.
• Proven track record on App Store/Google Play titles.
• Hands‑on experience creating game‑ready 3D assets.
• Experience with Unity‑based production pipelines.
• Asset optimization for mobile devices.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and provide direction.
• Experience establishing art pipelines and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the art direction from concept to production.
• Maintain visual style, quality, and consistency across projects.
• Create high‑quality 3D characters, environments, props, and assets.
• Oversee the complete 3D production pipeline (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, rendering, optimization).
• Review team work and provide clear feedback.
• Mentor and support 3D artists to improve skills.
• Assign and monitor art tasks to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, animators, UI/UX, producers, and product teams.
• Ensure assets are optimized for mobile while preserving visual quality.
• Establish and improve art workflows and production standards.
