Job summary

Normeca International AS operates a Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic in Pakistan, collaborating with ISDB and the Government to deliver essential health services to rural communities. The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, and compliance with medical regulations.

The role requires a healthcare administration background, leadership excellence, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience as Clinic Manager or similar healthcare management role.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and regulatory knowledge; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English; capable of working in rural conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage staff including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Implement policies to improve clinic operations and patient care.
• Monitor and manage clinic budgets.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure staffing and resource allocation.
• Ensure clinic is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Address patient concerns and maintain accurate records.
• Facilitate communication among healthcare team members.
