Job Description

• Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments
• Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
• Ensuring all Scrum events are positive, productive, and within the timebox
• Assisting the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Backlog management
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear Product Backlog items
• Supporting the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning
• Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum adoption
• Planning and advising on Scrum implementations within the organization
• Enabling employees and stakeholders to understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
• Using Scrum development processes, with the ability to adapt methodologies according to project needs

Requirements

• BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Expertise in implementing Agile Scrum practices
