Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Integration Manager – Oracle Cloud & Fusion to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade integrations across Oracle Cloud environments and external platforms. The role requires a highly analytical and hands‑on integration specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and cloud data migration. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing secure and scalable integrations, managing cloud platform components, supporting data migration and reporting requirements, and resolving critical production integration incidents.

Job Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Development
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP‑based integrations across Oracle Fusion and external platforms.
- Configure and work with OIC adapters including HCM, FTP, and Local DB Agent.
- Develop secure integrations using JWT, digital certificates, and other security protocols.
- Design and support Host‑to‑Host banking and Kyriba integrations.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Platform & Access Administration
- Administer and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services supporting integration solutions.
- Manage OCI Vault and secure storage of credentials, keys, and sensitive integration information.
- Configure and support OCI Functions and API Gateways.
- Manage Oracle APEX workspace security and access controls using PL/SQL.
- Administer Okta and Google SSO application assignments and access.
- Ensure integration platforms follow appropriate security and access‑management standards.
Data Migration & Analytics
- Execute and support Oracle Cloud data migration activities using HDL, HSDL, and FBDI.
- Prepare, validate, troubleshoot, and load data into Oracle Fusion applications.
- Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Create and manage XML bursting for automated report distribution.
- Troubleshoot data‑loading and reporting issues and ensure data accuracy.
Development & Cloud Extensions
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and supporting database objects.
- Build and support cloud extensions using VBCS and PCS.
- Develop reusable technical components to support Oracle Fusion business processes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
Production Support & Incident Resolution
- Provide hands‑on production support for Oracle integrations and cloud applications.
- Directly investigate and resolve P0/P1 integration outages and critical production incidents.
- Monitor integration failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex technical issues and service requests.
- Maintain proper incident documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in release, deployment, and change‑management activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong PL/SQL development skills, including packages, procedures, triggers, and database objects.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and web services.
- Experience with OCI, including Vault, Functions, and API Gateway.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle APEX and workspace security.
- Experience with HDL, HSDL, and FBDI data loading.
- Strong understanding of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- Experience with XML bursting and automated report distribution.
- Knowledge of VBCS and PCS cloud extensions.
- Experience with Okta and Google SSO administration.
- Strong understanding of integration security, including JWT, certificates, and secure authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with banking/payment integrations and Kyriba is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a production environment and manage critical incidents.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven hands‑on experience developing and supporting Oracle Cloud integrations in live production environments.
- Strong practical experience in PL/SQL, OIC, and FBDI/HDL data loading.
- In‑depth understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) business cycles.
- Experience working across Oracle Financials, SCM, and HCM modules.
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments and resolving critical integration issues.
- Oracle Cloud/OIC certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, integration, or managed services will be an added advantage.
