Job summary

A web development company in Rawalpindi Cantonment is seeking a Front-end developer to enhance their web applications and interfaces. The role requires collaboration with back-end developers and designers to achieve optimal user experience. The position involves onsite work with a shift from 10 am to 7 pm.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Create/Improve front-end of existing/new websites
• Integrate front-end with WebApis
• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages from design/wire-frames
• Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Design mobile-based features
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
  
  

Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer (minimum 2-3 years)
• Hands on experience with markup languages HTML and JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
• Hands on experience with React JS
• Prior experience working with .net core APIs and VS is a plus
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
