Job summary

Exec9 is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementations and translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 BC solutions. The role involves client management, requirements gathering, and coordinating data migration, testing, and go-live activities.

You will configure GL, AP, AR, sales, purchasing, inventory, and reporting modules, while preparing documentation and user guides.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Configure and manage Business Central modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, sales, purchasing, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Manage Chart of Accounts, posting groups, dimensions, master data, and other functional configurations.
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Conduct system demonstrations, provide end-user training, and deliver ongoing client support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve customization and integration requirements.
• Manage project deliverables, maintain client communication, and ensure timely completion of implementation activities.
• Support and mentor junior consultants where required.
