# Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central DeveloperWe are seeking a motivated and technically capable Business Central Developer to join our ERP / Dynamics team. In this role you’ll be working on customizing, extending and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients. With ~2 years of experience, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing extensions, integrating with other systems, and working alongside functional consultants and business users.**Key Responsibilities**Develop and maintain customizations and extensions in Business Central using the AL programming language.Collaborate with functional analysts, business users and consultants to gather and clarify technical requirements; translate them into technical designs and implement solutions.Integrate Business Central with other systems (web services, REST APIs, OData, third-party systems).Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support quality assurance activities to ensure code robustness and performance.Maintain and enhance existing solutions, support production issues and ensure system integrity/data accuracy.Assist in data migration efforts (from legacy systems or earlier NAV versions) and support implementation activities.Stay current on Business Central platform updates, development tools (Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps), and best practices for ERP development.**Required Skills & Experience**~2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or previous version of Dynamics NAV) development.Proficiency in AL language (and ideally familiarity with C/AL if legacy NAV experience).Strong experience with development environment Visual Studio Code, AL extension for Business Central, version control (e.g., Git / Azure DevOps).Good understanding of SQL Server (T-SQL), database concepts, performance optimization.Experience integrating ERP systems with external services/API (REST, OData, SOAP).Solid understanding of business processes in Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing or Manufacturing (depending on your domain).Strong problem-solving skills, desire to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills – ability to speak with both business users and technical team members.**Desirable / Plus**Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Functions, Logic Apps) in context of Business Central integrations.Microsoft certification: *Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate*.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and how Business Central data may be leveraged.Experience with industry-specific processes (manufacturing, distribution, services) or prior Dynamics NAV to BC migrations.**Education & Certifications**Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).Certification in Business Central development or willingness to obtain one is an advantage.**Job Category:** Business Development**Job Type:** Full-Time**Job Location:** Islamabad
