Ejad Labs is looking for skilled and motivated MERN Stack Trainers and Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) technologies. As a Trainer and Manager, you will be responsible for training and managing teams, overseeing day-to-day duties, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Train and mentor staff on MERN Stack technologies
2. Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality code delivery
3. Use data-driven insights to design KPIs and OKRs for team members
4. Use performance management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana) to track team progress
5. Provide regular feedback and support to team members
6. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring project delivery is on time and within budget
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend process improvements
