Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, website leads, consultation requests, and warm prospects.
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand the merchant's business model, processing volume, and payment flow.
• Explain merchant accounts, payment gateways, and related solutions in simple business language.
• Compare options and identify the most appropriate solution based on requirements.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, SMS, and CRM.
