Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience; one year as a Phlebotomist preferred.

• Adequate knowledge of laboratory tests and procedures.
• Willingness to work shift duties and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Check and process tests prescribed by doctors and verify patient details.
• Brief patients about lab tests and ensure specimens are collected correctly.
• Deliver reports to the designated person after confirming details.
• Handle cash/transactions and maintain cash records per policy.
• Answer telephonic/in-person inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Dual function as a Phlebotomist at collection points when required.
