Job summary

BTL Aesthetics is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in Multan and nearby regions. You will build professional relationships with clinics, hospitals, and practitioners, presenting medical-device products and supporting the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, conducting demonstrations, maintaining clinician contacts, and coordinating with internal teams for installations and training. Travel within the market is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell medical devices, healthcare equipment, pharmaceuticals, or other technical products.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, closing, and account-management skills.
• Ability to explain product features and clinical or commercial benefits clearly to varied audiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, sales reporting tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a territory independently.
• Understanding of professional sales ethics, customer confidentiality, and service quality.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market.

Responsibilities
