Job summary

Orange Tree Systems in Lahore is seeking a Business Development Executive for an on-site role focused on medical billing and RCM services. You will find and acquire new clients, especially US physician practices, clinics, DME suppliers, and labs, using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and Upwork.

You will manage leads, schedule meetings, present services, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining a CRM and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of business development experience at a medical billing company.
• Proven success in acquiring US healthcare clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
• Willing to work the night shift on-site in Lahore.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and acquire new clients for our medical billing and RCM services, including US physician practices, clinics, DME suppliers, and labs.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and Upwork.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or discovery calls with practice owners and office managers.
• Present our services and explain how they help practices improve collections and reduce denials.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly targets for leads, meetings, and new clients.
