Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Math Teacher to join our team and support students from grades 3 to 12. This fully remote, flexible role involves providing personalized math instruction via virtual platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Teach mathematics to students in grades 3-12 in an engaging and interactive manner.
2. Customize lessons to meet individual student needs and bridge knowledge gaps.
3. Utilize Tadbir Academy's proprietary worksheets and online resources to enhance learning.
4. Track student progress and communicate feedback to students and parents.
5. Create a supportive virtual learning environment that promotes mastery of mathematical concepts.
6. Familiarize yourself with our jujitsu teaching method and self-paced learning model, and adapt your teaching style accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably online.
• Proficiency in teaching topics from basic arithmetic and geometry to algebra, trigonometry, and calculus.
• Strong understanding of the educational needs of grades 3-12 students.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make math engaging and fun.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools such as Edpuzzle, Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

Candidates must submit a 6-minute personalized teaching video via Edpuzzle on a basic math topic to demonstrate teaching style and engagement.
