Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching certification for junior grades.
• Proven experience as a teacher or in a similar educational role.
• Familiarity with current educational techniques and practices.
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning.
• Knowledge of the curriculum and educational trends related to junior grades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program assigned.
• Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students in the learning process.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and effective educational environment.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' performance and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's educational development.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school events.
