adidas seeks an experienced supply chain leader to drive T2 operations across development, commercialization and production. You will monitor supplier performance, implement processes, and ensure quality standards while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in apparel development or production is preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills with a global mindset.

Responsabilités

• Owns T2 operations and supplier performance across development, commercialization and production stages.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Implement processes and policies at T2s and monitor compliance.
• Ensure high quality and timely prototype and bulk order fulfilment.
• Coach and develop the reporting team and promote talent growth.
